The death of actor/politicians Jayalalitha and Vinod Khanna

As the media announced the death of veteran actor and MP Vinod Khanna on April 27, 2017, one could not notice the similarities between Vinod Khanna and the late Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa who expired less than 6 months ago in December 2016. Both J Jayalalithaa and Vinod Khanna were good looking, successful actors in South Indian and Hindi cinema respectively, who later entered politics, and were about the same age, with Vinod Khanna born in 1946, and Jayalalitha born in 1948. With advances in medical technology, people are living longer , yet despite their great wealth, they died fairly young at 70 and 68 respectively.
Jayalalithaa was admitted to Apollo Hospitals in September 2016, complaining of dehydration and fever, while the media is reporting that Vinod Khanna was also admitted to Sir H N Reliance hospital in March 2017, complaining of dehydration. Though his death was ultimately attributed to bladder carcinoma, people who would like to know what exactly caused dehydration , what are the symptoms, which make it a very severe problem for those in their sixties and seventies
Politicians and actors are extremely wealthy and powerful in India, yet they often face more health problems than other indian citizens, probably because of their erratic and stressful lifestyle
