Fitness and being slim

Though most people are associating fitness with being slim, in reality fitness correctly can be defined as having a high immunity level and not having any kind of ailment or illness. Being slim depends largely on hereditary factors and some individuals have a high metabolic rate because their mother, father or blood relative had a high metabolic rate. Also the metabolic rate of younger people is usually higher. and as they grow older the metabolic rate will decline, and they tend to put on weight, though there is no major change in their diet or lifestyle
Indian security and intelligence agencies are quick to deny opportunities, defame those who are not slim enough, especially women, falsely claiming that the non slim individuals are not fit enough, when actually these security and intelligence employees are obsessed with slim people, and open discriminate against those who are not slim enough .
A non slim person may be very fit, and not require any kind of medicine or medical help for years or decades, while a slim woman may require regular medical help for a number of ailments.
